A New Chance Begins Here

Why A New Day, A New Chance?

As I was raising my children, there was one phrase I found myself saying often. Whenever they had a difficult day, made a mistake, or felt discouraged, I would remind them,

"Tomorrow is a new day... a new chance."

Those words became more than just something I said—they became a way of looking at life.

As life led me to become a therapist, there was only one name for my private practice. I didn't have to think about it. It was a phrase I had shared with my children for years.

About Me

I have over eight years of experience in the counseling field, with a background in crisis intervention, community mental health, and private practice. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with infants, children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, first responders, and veterans.

Every client has their own story, experiences, and goals. My approach is to meet clients where they are and work together to help them create meaningful change. Some of the approaches I commonly use include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Family Systems Theory.
